I'm reading this late Friday night so I won't be able to call North Social until Monday. I'll probably have to extend this for a few days once it's fixed. It seems like we had this same problem with them back in November. Urg..... I'm so glad that y'all let me know. There hasn't been a peep about it on Facebook. Btw, I tested with two addresses and got the same error.
